Able Translations Ltd. A Living Nightmare! Mississauga Ontario

This is the most abominable company I have ever dealt with in my life. I CANNOT believe they are still in business! How can we shut them down for non-payment of their freelance employees?  They are definitely ripping-off their contract personnel.

I have accepted many assignments as a chaperone/interpreter for this company over the last 8 months and have only been paid for one job and that was after hours of telephone calls, emails, faxes, etc.  Nobody in this organization returns calls or responds to any type of inquiry or request for assistance.

If I wanted to put in long hours for free and incur parking expenses I would pick a charitable organization. I am so frustrated I could scream! On the other hand, I am grateful that I finally found out that I am not the only one out there who is experiencing this. The whole situation has created so much anxiety for me and many sleepless nights.  any advice on the best way to recover funds owed?  Thanks.
