Castro Movers aka All About You in Austin Texas stole an expensive food scale. One of the movers kept leaving the room we were working in I suspected him immediately. He also showed up with a large over coat on. My money is on him, Tony. And they quoted and were aware and were supposed to move all my things but made one trip and blew me off. It was sad. The first thing the older mover in charge said upon entering my residence was to complain about the boxes being heavy! These guys are a joke and scam and will rip you off if they get the chance.

Beware of this company. They will in fact not only leave you sad but possibly the victim of theft and inability to follow through on original quoted agreement. Sad indeed!!! Keep in mind you are paying them while they are scoping you out. Beware! Find a reputable mover to assist you.

first of all if my guys stole anything call the police ,i told her i would buy her another one. she didnt want it she does not want anything to do with us but is still emailing us and harrassing us,but dont acuse somebodyif you dont have proof , there are things we do not not move like open boxes,trash bags,and it is our decison if we want to our not,.i have a rating on uship from 20 customers that are satisfed with our service i have 200 written reviews that i can show anybody how good we are,but you can not make every body happy , my opion to you if somebody stole something call the police dont wait and not a word from a officer if i was such a bad company why do i move 200 hundred customers a mounth,and dont wait three mounths for a claim.
