a.brian phillips is not a defense attorney,he is a goverment agent,protected by the goverment.he does not repersent the client,he repersents the goverment,so how can anyone call that a fair trial. I am not a criminal, have never been charged with a crime,but phillips allowed the goverment to take my bussiness eillegaly. How does our constitution allow that to happen. Hire Phillips and you wll find out the hard way. The sad thing is there is no one to do checks & balances. He takes away your appeal process,when you try to get law,he gets to your attorney.if you noticed I didnt call it justice,because that doesnt exist. Mr jolly )no help,no documents,but my husband was sententiced to 20 years in federal prison,my bussiness was taken,11years still no ancelary hearing that was to take place in 30 days.Justice thats a joke that attorneys like Phillips stand on. Convict the innocent, use the guilty as goverment wittnesess.
