placed order for free 30 day trial with shipping charge for 4.95. afterwords read small print of 78.00 charge after only 14 days. called right back to cancel and was told i could not cancel. rep was rude, insulting and hung up on me when i insisted on refund. called back again and other rep canceled order. beware this is one giant rip off.
