affordabletravel ACA CheapTrips ripoff Charged credit card and did not provide service Cherry Hill New Jersey

ACA/Cheap Trips charge my account for nothing! I never receive materials but I do not need them at all! The reason I am cancelling my membership because they have no professionalism at all.

I asked for the cheapest tickets available for round flight from LAX to TLL on 12/22/2006 and back on 01/07/2007. I printed all eight pages from www.affordabletravel.com with crazy high prices: started at $1328 and ended with $1964 plus Tax and surcharges! At the same time I looked just at one free of cost web site by myself and received an offer started at $1245, all tax and additional charges included in $1245! A week ago I tried to find a round trip tickets from Chicago to Los Angeles on 08/22/2006 and back on 08/26/2006 through their offers. Guess what? Their cheapest offer was $445.

I just went to free web site cheaptickets by myself. I found and bought ACA/CheapTrips treats customers like stupid fool dugs, which do not know haw to use PC. They simply added 10% to the real price of tickets for their own pockets. I do not want this robbery service at all.

P.S. I would like to ask small claims court to help me return my money. I called ACA/CheapTrips customer service on 08/23/2006 from 8.30 to 9.30 a.m. Pacific Time ten times with no success. The phone number for customer service they provided simply did not answer.

Finally, I found a second phone number of customer service by myself. ACA/CheapTrips did not mention this number anywhere on web site. I asked representative to cancel my membership and return all my money before they will send the materials. They refused to do that. They charge my account for $54 for services, which do not exist, without sending anything to me.

They took my money for false information about cheapest air tickets available through www.affordabletravel.org. They charge me for taking my time.
