Acai Berry - ColoGenix Acai Berry - ColoGenix Scam!! STOP and DO NOT ORDER!! Hollywood Florida

Acai Berry/ ColoGenix Scam!! I ordered one time trial offer of Acai Berry & ColoGenix product totalling about $12.00. I received both bottles within a week and did not start using the product until two weeks later. I had used product for four days and stopped because I went on vacation. When I returned another order showed up and realized that money was taken out from my bank account without notification or permission. I called the merchant and they have been giving me the run around. First time I made contact I was told I would receive an Email for refund of unused product. After a week I called back and was told that I was misinformed and provided address to send back bottles. I told representative I was sending back all four bottles and told her numerous times there were no terms and conditions on order form in this particular website link. When I went back to "Ann's Story" website link was changed and there was no access to order form. I made copy of "link error page" My bank is trying to get money refunded but I am not sure how invested they are in helping me. After all this is clearly a scam and these companies should not be allowed to steal money from bank customers. My dad said if I had charged it this money would be retrieved and end of story. This must be true bcause my friend made same order and charged her only once for Trial Offer in the amount of $12.00. They are SuperThieves! It has been over a month and So far no REFUND!
