Do not be duped by this company. They offer a "free" trial of their acai berry product for $3.95 for shipping and handling. I got my trial, went on their site to cancel the auto-ship, but still got charged $87.13. when i called the company to have the charges reversed, they said "unfortunately, your cancellation came the same day as your auto order was charged and we cannot reverse it." i confirmed that they did receive my cancellation but they wouldn't budge, stating repeatedly that i should have read the terms & conditions which stated that i had to cancel within 14 days. when i said that i did cancel within 14 days, they used the excuse that the auto-ship charge had been placed the morning of and my cancellation was received too late. after going round and round, they just hung up on me. i'm embarassed that i got scammed but i'm sharing this info so that, hopefully, others won't be.

I, too, was duped. And I've signed up for "free" stuff before, knowing you have to cancel. I'm diligent about entering in my PDA when to cancel and I always do. I usually get the free stuff and incur no charges. Not the case with Acai Berry and Life Cleanse. I paid the shipping to get Acai Berry and a few days after I received it a representative calls me. They want to see if I would also like a free 30 day trial of Life Cleanse....all I have to do is cancel before the 30 days is up otherwise I would be charged $39.95. Sure, why not. I can handle that.

Two days later they charged me $39.95. TWO DAYS! I had not even gotten the Life Cleanse yet! So I canceled the 'membership' online while calling them to dispute the charge. The cancellation seems to have gone thru, as I haven't been charged again. I complained to them that they charged my card for a FREE product that I hadn't even received yet!!! They said not to worry and that they will refund my $39.95 to my credit card and to keep the Life Cleanse. Wow. That was easy. NOT!!!! LIES LIES LIES!!!!!!!!!

They did not refund my money. I called 1 1/2 months after I should have been refunded. This time the guy was willing to refund my money if they got the product back. No problem. It's not opened. But I am NOT paying to ship it back. I demand a ups call tag and he says no, that I have to pay for it to be shipped back in order to get my money back.

I hung up and disputed it with my credit card company.

This company is so bogus with how they charge their customers, I have to seriously question the product they are selling! It too, must be bogus for them to act this way! I wouldn't know though, because I'm not swallowing any pill a company made that treats their customers like this.
