This company offered a free trial acai berry for 0.99 shipping fee. I   I got the product two weeks after ordering. It was a month trial period and seeing that two weeks was gone before I got the product I knew it would was a scam.. I called right after I got it to cancel and offered to send it back. They took the acai berry tablets but not the cleansing  tablets. They said they didnt have anything to do with that. I did contact the cleansing tablet comp. and they gave me a full refund.  They shouldnt have charged anyway cause I cancelled the monthly supply orders.

However, the acai berry comp. charged me for a membership free of $149.00  even after they had sent me a cancelation email stating thatI had cancelled membership before the month had expired. I called them and they admitted to making a mistake that my membership hadnt been cancelled and told me it would be 5 days before it would be credited back to my bank.  Two weeks later, I called again and they told me it have been credited to my back I told them it had not. They then told me to send an email to the supervisor ,  I told them that was wasnt sending  anyone an email that I shouldnt  have been charged in the first place. Whats more I had already called once about this and was told I would get my money back. They connected  me to a so called supervisor and he assured me the money would be back in my bank in 5 days.

I have been going through this same phone conversation for 3 months now..

In addition, my card was charged $4.49 foreign transaction fees not the $.99 shipping fee they said. I also checked the address, I never buy anything that I would put in my body from a foreign country but their address was Ca..

Why these highly respected tv stations advertise for them without checking them out. I thought it must be a good product and an honest one if its being advertised on news tv stations. They lost my respect.

They have many web site, names and address now but the main companys name  is Syndex  industries.
