Firstly, UltraGreen Products does not use nor have we ever used TV ads. All of our promotions are completely standardized and at no time have we ever offered a free bottle of our Acai Ultra Burn product. What we make very clear is that we offer a free TRIAL of our Acai Ultra Burn product.

Before you can submit for our free trial offer you must check the box next to a very large link that reads 'Check here that you have read our Terms & Conditions'. This must be done or you are not permitted to submit for the free trial.

The only people the ever accuse us of being a scam or ripoff are those that chose not to read our Terms & Conditions (which is less than 1/4 of 1% of all our clients).

In our Terms & Conditions it states very clearly that you have 14 days from the time you receive the trial bottle to decide if it is effective for you and somewhere in that 14 days you must call and cancel if you choose not to continue with the product, at which time, your account is cancelled and there are no more charges or shipments. If we do not hear from you within the 14 days we assume you like the product (as most do) and wish to continue with the monthly shipments. We then charge you for the bottle you have already received, and then once per month until you wish to cancel your subscription, which can be done easily at any time with a one time phone call to our customer service department. From that point on all charges stop as do all shipments. If in face a customer does not cancel and they are charged for the bottle they have received then we do not refund those charges, but as stated above we then do cancel the account so there are no more charges, no questions asked.
