AcaiBerry Detox / FWM Lab TOTAL SCAM Hollywood Florida

This company is a complete scam. I ordered a "FREE" trial of acai berry and so far have been billed for four different amounts from four different companies! I ONLY ORDERED FROM ONE AND THAT WAS ACAI BERRY DETOX. The other companies, one was an on-line diet and fitness program, were apparently given my information including my credit card! The scary part is that each one of them was a monthly charge until called individually to cancel.

If I weren't paying attention to my debit card account, I would not have known. I requested none of the other products. The other three did in fact refund the base amount and SAID that they cancelled the accounts. I have in fact received the refund from 2 of them so far. When I called FWM Laboratories (Acai Berry Detox) I spoke with a person I could barely understand. I truly asked them to repeat themselves several times. They deny that they gave my info to any other companies, but, two of them arrived with my original shipment and the other was the on-line fitness company!

In fact, the on-line fitness company said that when I entered my cc info and "agreed" to the terms, I also agreed to "join" their on-line fitness "club". The people at FWM were not only hard to understand, but very hateful and curt. I asked about 20 times to speak to a supervisor or manager. I did finally (supposedly) speak to a manager who basically told me too bad, so sad. I insisted that I be refunded the $80+ dollars based on the fact that they gave my info to other companies.

The "supervisor" said "that never happened, she would not refund any $ to me and thank you" and SHE HUNG UP ON ME! It is really a ridiculous situation to find yourself in. This company should not be allowed to stay in business! Please tell everyone you know not to get involved with this one!
