I signed up for a 30 day free trail of acaiberry detox.  The pills did not show up for 60 days by that time my account was charged $86.42 plus tax.  I did not get 30 days to try the product. I called the company to cancel my order.  The product was still sent off.  When the pills arrived I refused it at the post office and I called the company.  They told me it would take 30 days to process the credit.  I called back 30 days later and I was told I would not receive any credit because I did not have a RBM# for the package.  My name was on the product, they must know who sent it back.  I was told by a manager who would not give their name that I did not have evidence that they received the product. I asked to speak to someone else and I was told there was no one else. I was never told the  information about a RBM# on any of the phone calls.  I feel violated in so many ways.  I cannot understand how a company can get away with treating people in this manner.
