As per their ad at Acaiberrymaxx.com a FREE trial offer of Acaiberrymaxx was offered at Shipping and Handling $5.95. Did not receive order and they charged my Visa for the amount.

There is no Free product. They charge the $5.95 first and then charge for that bottle $79.95 at later date.

They are using Oprah, Rachel Ray, Brad Pitt etc. as actual users of this product and Dr. Oz. These celebrities should be notified that people are being scammed because of this advertisement.

I have been unsuccessful in canceling my order or speaking to anyone. This is a Gigantic Ripoff !!!!

I have written to the Texas Attorney General, Greg Abbott and advised him of this companies fraudulent and unethical practices.

Please contact your own state Attorney General and the Texas Atty General. FX Supplements is in Arlington, Tx 76011 Tarrant County
