AcaiOptimum LLC Free Trial 2day shipping, Internet

I listened to the Asai Optimum commercial on the internet.  It was very slick and made it appear that the network CBS was endorcing their product. 

When I placed my order for one month free trial, The company said I could have my one month supply in just two days if I paid extra shipping costs.  I paid the extra of about nine dollars

The Acai Optimum was not shipped until nine days later and it took six days to arrive.According to my contract I had exactly two days to cancel automatic billing to my credit card.

I sent emails twice to the email address explaining I had just received my ordae and had not had sufficient trial time.  My emails went unanswered.  I tried phoning.  I attempted calling 17 times.  Busy signal 17 times.

They billed to my credit card $79.95 the same day my "trial offer" arrived in my mailbox.  I got my credit card dispute department involved.

The representative remained on the line and dialed Acai Optimum and talked to a representative.  She then allowed me to explain to Acai Optimum what the problem was.  The Acai Optimum hardly cared.  She had probably heard the same story hundreds of time.

My credit card rep was able to get the charges reduced and my "Free Trial Offer" cost me only about $30.00.  And a whole bunch of aggravavation.

The manner in which this company conducts business may not be illegal but it certainly isn't ethical.
