I WAS WORKING FOR RAC ACCEPTANCE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY FEEL LIKE IT IS OK TO LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUUT THERE REINSTATMENT FEES WHICH IS 1000 PERIOD NOT A DAY. ASLO CALLING CUSTOMERS MORE THEN COLLECTION ACTIONS SAY AND LEAVING MESSAGES THAT ARE THE WORST TO LEAVE TO A CUSTOMER. I FEEL THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT TAKING CARE OF THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS AND WILL CONTINUE RIPPING OFF PEOPLE THAT NEED HELP
