Okay you are a chronic "dead-beat", as these are the only people who go to places like this as you can not get credit through "normal" means.  Because you have not been able to prove they can handle credit in the past.  So it is very likely that you have a history of late payments, and probably even a few collection accounts.  But I guess those weren't your fault either because the companies did not work with you also...right?

Here is a little information for you.  YOU signed an agreement that said you would make a certain number of payments for a specific amount on specific times.  I can guarantee you that there was NOTHING in that agreement that said you only had to do this if you could, or that they had to "work" with you to come up with alternate payment plans.

 I missed my payments because I lost my job and they were hounding me constantly calling my cellphone every second and i am not exagerating when I say that.

- Oh you aren't exaggerating.  Okay then can you please scan in and post a page of your cell phone bill that shows the 3600 calls you were getting an hour.

 I don't even want to deal with her at all and I want to return the items and she kept telling me that they will not give me a refund.  For a flimsy king size I've had for 6 months and have been paying are yoi serious and I don't get any of my money back.

Nice Scam, has that ever worked for you in the past?  Where you are able to "buy" some furniture.  Use it for 6 months.  Come up with some BS excuse why you no longer want it.  Try and get your money back so you basically get 6 months of use out of furniture for free.

-  Well great for David.  But let me give you a little piece of advise and a prediction.  If you fail to meet your "new" payment plan(and history shows you will).  Don't be surprised if David all of the sudden becomes a bit more "mean".

 How have YOU been ripped off? Im NOT seeing it. All I see is someone who CANT pay their bill and NOW whines about the people who THEY owe money to. Guess what....YOUR A DEADBEAT BORROWER!!! YOUR credit is so bad that the ONLY place who would allow you to have LUXURY items was RAC. YOU can quit playing the victim, the ONLY victim here is RAC because YOU haven't paid what you owe!!! Don't YOU realize that YOU are hurting another American worker by YOUR inability to PAY!!! WHY DO YOU THINK THEY CALL YOU SO MUCH!!!!! Peoples paychecks are paid by the renters paying ONTIME!!! You know, that thing you just DID NOT DO!!

It truly sickens me when I see a report like this one. YOU are the deadbeat, THEY are the victim of YOUR inability to PAY WHAT YOU OWE, yet YOU have the nerve post on a ripoff website. How would YOU feel if THEY did this to YOU?? You know, put out all over the web that YOU are a deadbeat borrower so that ANYONE ANYWHERE in the world could use a search engine and put YOUR name in and THAT would be the FIRST thing to pop up. Top of the page that YOU are a deadbeat. Im betting THAT would be intolerable to YOU, yet YOU do this to an innocent party. Your parents must be SO PROUD of what they raised. An immature, self entitled DEADBEAT who thinks NOTHING of making FAKE and FALSE reports against innocent people just doing their job. Nope I don't work for them, but I kinda wish I did. I would LOVE to bash and harass a DEADBEAT until they paid up. When YOU are owed money, YOU don't accept the "I cant pay" BS. And YOU cant get a refund on items YOU have used as the CONTRACT that YOU AGREED TO calls your situation a LEASE!! WHY would YOU think that YOU deserve a refund when you cant even make a payment in the first place on time?? Oh THATS RIGHT!!!!! Immature, self entitled DEADBEAT!!! THATS WHY!!!

Whenever they rent to a customer, they know the renter is a serial dead beat and can't get credit from ANYONE.  They also know that at some point the renter (YOU) will default on their payment(s).  See, they were right.

They also don't believe any stories about why the payments were missed, they've heard them all.

A question, who failed to live up to the WRITTEN  agreement, you or them?

That's right, it's you, so they aren't ripping you off.  I would bet this isn't the first or last time you have defaulted on an agreement. You have that "entitlement" attitude about you....loser.
