Acceptance now RAC, FFO Lying, stalking, abusive business to say the least Springfield Missouri

I went to FFO in March of the 22nd of this year. I wanted to inquire about their sign which stated "No more down, No credit needed". I went in and was referred to Acceptance now. I should have known right there to say no thanks! Considering they are RAC in all reality. RAC is relentless and anyone who's ever dealt with them knows in collecting their money. I make no bones that I am always running late or behind on payments and not because I don't have the money rather because I work 2 jobs one of which is over nights and I average 50 + hours a week in addition to being a full time student and a mom. So I was very apprehensive but this sales guy assured me they were top knotch no shady anything and a great deal. 

Turns out the no money down was bull crap! I paid nearly 200 down. I was told by the 1st lady I dealt with my 1st payment would be due the 1st of May. I said sure no problem. I was short a paper she needed and so I came back the following day. The lady I had dealt with not there, so I dealt with a new one. I signed everything she handed me a piece of paper that showed how to pay online, pay by phone or in the store. I told her I would be paying online always! She gave me a copy of the contract, she got me to add some special membership that would "Make my payments if I ever lost my job" so I didn't half to worry about that.

Ironically a family member fell ill and I had to leave town. I didn't pay anything when I left assuming I would be gone a short time and back no problem. I ended up being gone much longer, still am. I paid what I could and didn't think twice about Acceptance now because it wasn't the 1st. Around the 10th of April they started calling and calling and calling. I listened to a few messages and realized they were saying my payment was due on the 15th. I looked back over my paperwork and realized they were right. Before I could ever talk to someone there they had done called my work, called and gone to my landlords who was now pissed and served me with an eviction notice, called and harassed all my family friends and co-workers... I was livid! 

As I mentioned I had fallen behind on everything and here this creditor is calling giving out my personal information, asking for personal information, threatening people and saying they would have me arressted calling me a theif you name it.

I called an attorney researched the internet you name it looking for options I wasn't clearly working nor able to get back and give them the furniture. So I was recommended to file a complaint which I did with the BBB and then with the company directly followed by a written letter of intent. I stated I would pay them by the end of May or arrange for someway for them to get the furniture. The calls stopped thankfully. However, I went to pay and when I couldn't pay online called the 800 number provided only to find out that the store never completed my paperwork so I could pay online! So here I am livid with the store, unable to go in and how do I make a payment?????

I sent a money order in with a nasty letter telling them it would be great if they could do their jobs and not delay me making payments! Still nothing. I can't pay online and I can't get anyone to respond to me from the company. Yet I still half to make my payments.

This company has failed to keep up their end on the contract we both signed, harrassed me and anyone I know, released personal protected information, made threats and violated the law in doind so and I would not recommend this place to anyone no matter what they offer!
