Access Auto Mart Tom Sneade Intentional Fraud and Misleading Information Phoenix Arizona

 I recently purchase a Mercedes Benz SL 500 from this company through ebay.  The description of the car was fraudulent.  The car had Broken front strut when delivered,  the owners manual was missing, the hesater fan and cowling had been removed, there was no cassette player as stated in the decription, the car had a broken front fog lamp.  Tom Sneade was notified at the time the car was delivered. He tried to blame it on the shipping company.  After I recovered photos showing the damge  before the car was shipped from his lot.  He told me too late he already had the money. I left negative feedback on EBAY. He offered a settlement if I would retract the negative feedback. I agreed.  He stated that he had mailed the check. I removed the feedback.  He then stated that he never sent the check and told me to pound sand. This guy and his company are flat out liars and crooks. They thoroughly check out the cars. They will say anything to RIP YOU OFF. Seriously.  There is now civil and criminal complaint filed against Tom Sneade and Access Auto Mat.  They need to be stopped.  DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
