Access Legal Moses, Peter, Amanda Moore Threaten arrest and jail if I dont pay, call me a liar, threaten to have me arrested because I call them back too much trying to get answers Miami Florida

For several years I have been fighting with this company to leave me alone. I had my identity stolen a few years back and the people took out payday loans in my name over the internet. I have filed police reports and have had it proven I had nothing to do with the loans. I have explained this to this company over and over and over again.

  I have been called a liar, a dead beat mom, and they went so far as to call my elderly ex mother in law and asked her if she knew where her grandkids were because they could not find me, I had disappeared with them. I have reported them to the FTC, States Attorneys office, the local police ( which they said there isnt anything they can do but take a report).

This company is relentless, they will call several times a week to several times a day, but if you call them like that they threaten to have you arrested for harassment. I have told them to send me any and all paperwork they have which in the last 5yrs I have not received anything except that I should already have the paperwork and to pay up or go to jail. 

Law states they have 5 days after calling you to send out paperwork to you if you request it...ALWAYS request it. They will refuse. They will also refuse most times to give you an address. I am sure the address I received is a false address since I cannot find them located at that address. There is suppose to be a fine of 1500 dollars for everytime they call, especially if you tell them to stop and only contact you by mail. So make sure you keep track of the calls, when, who you talk to etc. Maybe if enough people do this and go after them, the government will be able to shut them down. 

This company is a scum bag wanna be collection agency. A legitimate collection agency will send you paperwork when requested and will quit calling you if you request it. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!
