Access Securepak Securepak Placed an order over two weeks ago, still “pending”. They charge your card and hold the order. Access Securepak 10880 Linpage Place St. Louis, MO Missouri Nationwide
I placed an order for a loved one that is incarcerated. They charge your card immediately but it’s been over two weeks and my order is still sitting in “pending” status. When you do a live chat, they tell you it can take up to 7-10 days but still nothing. This doesn’t even include ship time to his facility. I’ve never ordered anything online and had this long of a ship time. How long could it possibly take to pack a box and ship it? Def not 3 or more weeks. I’ll never order from this company again..
