Don't be fooled by "I just need some general information" to give you a quote. After insisting they send me information in the mail, do not charge me anything and that I don't make decisions like this over the phone; I received a contract, $235 was already withdrawn from my credit card and they had my vehicle vin number on the contract which I never gave them.

My advise to anyone who is contacted by this company - HANG UP. Do not talk to them.

I'm confused....

If they had your VIN and Credit Card information, then why would they bother calling you? Why not just take the money?  I've dealt with Access Warranty before, and the only information they had was information that I provided via an online request and the follow up phone call. I've been with them for a couple of years now and feel they have provided me with a good service.
