ACCESS Warranty After paying them $1,957.00 I have not been able to contact them nor have I ever received anything from them outlining my warranty. Van Nuys California

After paying $1957.00 to MEPCO Insurance Premium Fiinancing Inc. at 174 North Michigan, Chicago, IL 60601 for a extended warranty on my 2002 Jajuar (these people I have not been able to contact either) I was to receive a booklet from ACCESS Warranty outlining everything that was covered on my car. I have never received nor heard anything from them since they took my money. I guess I have been scammed and I hate to admit my not looking into this better before I agreed to take this policy out. I am a widow in my seventies and I thought I was covering my car when the original warranty ran out. I wrote a letter to both of these companies, MEPCO I never heard from and when I tried to call I was given another number to call and it was for men to call if they want girls to talk filthy to them. I wrote another letter to ACCESS Warranty and it came back to me saying they have moved but the internet states they are still at the same address. I do not know where to go from here. If I tell my son he will probably think I've lost all my marbles and have a fit. So if you know how to help me or if you are able to let others know not to believe these people, please do so.
