I purchased items from them approximately 4 weeks before Christmas.

I emailed the company several times. One, because the shipment email stated it was sent 12/11/14 by 2 day Priority Mail. Obviously, if it doesn't arrive within 2-5 days...you become concerned. The tracking number stated it wasn't even picked up by a Postal Service employee!

Finally, by 12/20/14, with no evidence that it had been picked up by a Postal Carrier, I emailed them to cancel the order. The reply I received was written as if a 4th grader wrote it. That's when I knew his was a scam.

They refused to cancel my order and even offered me a $50 credit to shop there again!
