Accident Fund Insurance Company Of America Failing to keep good faith Lansing Michigan

I have been on workers' comp for over a year now. This company is responsible to see I recieve a check each week. They have not been on sennding me a check. At this point I am on the verge of losing everything I owe. M y boss will not talk to me, I have not heard from them since they told my brother that they had told me they can't talk and to stop calling. My lawyer has made several calls to get them to send a check to me. the adjuster keeps saying he forgot, the paymaster saw i had another check coming so they will wait to send them together. What about me I have no food, I have shut off notices, my car is facing repossesion. My lawyer says to wait it out, they will have to pay penalties. I ask the state of Indiana to step up and to go after this company and Richard Macklin. Strip them of their license to sell or offer coverage in Indiana. Their practices are not what the laws has set up. I can not wait for my day in court.
