ACCOUNT NOW THIEVES AND LIARS i have no idea Internet

We filed our taxes through these "people" using their automated system for filing... we THOUGHT we would be able to put it into our bank account but unfortunately it created a NEW account and ONLY put my husband on the account.. we file married filing jointly so it would make sense the account would be in both of our names.. but it only created the account for him.. then we are told that if we dont deposit another $20 in the account that they will REJECT the refund. we filed through these "people" and they are screwing us on ourt taxes.

the ***IRS*** has said they sent the money YESTERDAY...you supposedly added Stephanie szabados to the account.. so the accoun should be at 100%. we did our taxes THROUGH you so you did the DD info on our behaldf and then issued the card and yet even though the ***IRS*** sent the money, you claim you have no pending deposits for us.. I am LIVID.. i beleive the IRS over you any day of the week because I have gotten nothing but a migraine from your company... will once again be on the phone with the phillipinese people going through the ranks trying to find SOMEONE that can tell me where your screw up is!!! I have been ultimately sitting here for almost 15 hours waiting for this to happen and it just isnt and I was just told by your automated system that the system updates at midnight. midnight has come and gone in both your time zone AND mine and there is no deposit. I AM LIVID
