I have been a customer with account now for over five years now and have had major issues with them. The current issue I'm having with them is they claim they sent a new card to me and I have waited eleven business days for it and never received it. Now, after calling,  crying and complaining they have restricted my account and have placed me on hold for over an hour. I will be closing this account today if it's the last thing I do.
