This company keeps opening up new accounts in my name, then sending a card to my address. I have never applied for their card. This is significant, as theirs is the only prepaid cards that payday loans can be issued to. I have had to call them now 10 times to close accounts - and they refuse to do anything about it, despite my assurance I would not do business with them if they were the ONLY provider of cards in the known universe. Their website claims they verify identity before issuance, which is an obvious lie.
