On April 22nd, this gentleman Josh Thornberg from Accreditied Interchange Payment Soluitions walked into my establishment and stated he was from First Data Merchant Services. The funny thing was I was referred 2 days early from another comany to speak to a lady from First Data but for some reason a man showed up. This person from Accredited Interchange said he would save me money that in order for him to save me money I had to purchase new equipment. I told this gentleman that a lady was suppose to come here from First Data and he said she sent me.  I trusted him and signed the application.

Two days later the lady I was referred to came in and said she was on vacation and was here to see how she could help me. I told her that this company Accredited Interchange sent a guy name Josh Thornberg. This lady from First Data ststed she never sent anyone and for me to immediately show her what I signed. After reading the Merchant Agreement I was in trouble, not only was it going to cost me more in processing I was being locked into a 48 month lease that would of cost me another $4,171.00.  I found out that day the Terminal they were selling me is a Hypercom T4220, the retail cost is  around $200.00,  The equipment I owened was a First Data 100 which retails  for $350.00 more than the terminal they were trying to lease to me.

I then had to move fast and called Global leasing the company that was going to receive the lease to make sure they did not fund the lease, I also immediately canceled my service before 3 days with Accredited Interchange Payment Solutions.

They tried to force me to keep the lease stating it was too late. but I was able to get out of it, but for Accredited Interchange Payment Solutions they have continued to change my account. Just today they debited ny bank account another $750.00. I have contacted my bank and going to contact my attorney as well.

Companies  like this should not get away with fraudualently taking from merchants money.

Thank you,

Krissy
