I am an acutal customer and I purchased 3 otterbox cases.  I am on line to tell you the cases are real.  If I had a complaint, it would be the cost of shipping.  However, the cost for shipping should not be a suprize since it was clearly indicated at check out.   If you don't read and just purchase or vote without thinkiing, then I can understand why you feel betrayed.  At this point, you just becme an uninformed customer. 

Another rebuttle has been submitted by ACC TOWN. Clearly a positive FALSE reprt submitted by AccTown. They are countering the TRUE reports from customers who've been cheated and lied to by Accessory Town.

I PURCHASED THREE PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY - TWO WHICH SHIPPED AND 1 WHICH DID NOT FOR 6 WEEKS. I HAD TO CONTACT THEM NUMEROUS TIMES VIA EMAIL FOR THE REMAINING ORDER. THEY WERE RUDE. THREATENED TO SEND MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS, WHICH IRONICALLY WAS PAID IN FULL THRU MY CREDIT CARD PURCHASE. THEY THREATENED ME WITH LEGAL ACTION FOR ASKING WHERE MY REMAINING ORDER WAS. NOW THAT WE HAVE PRODUCT, IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY. THE PRODUCT IS FAKE, HORRIBLE QUALITY, AND MOREOVER, THEY TREAT ME, THE PAYING CUSTOMER AS IF I AM WRONG!! NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT, THEY ARE RUDE, THEY THREATEN THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS FOR ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR ORDER. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN LIKE A BAT OUT OF H**L. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE EXPOSED.

If it was so false, it would not still be up today. I have had a horrible experience with this company. They overcharge on their shipping and then don't follow any type of time frame even if you paid for expedited or not. Deep in their fine print they don't offer any type of refund, I see why I will be having to take it to my credit card company.

I am a recent customer who received their order and I have also left addtional report on this company.  I had to go through my credit card company who did in fact issue me a refund the very same day I reported Acctown.  I also called OtterBox Company and filed full complaint on the Fake Otterboxes Acctown is claiming are real.  They are scammers and the products are Cheap, Flimsy, KNOCKOFF products.  Do NOT trust your iphone in one of these cases because it will not protect like a REAL OTTERBOX does.  This company already has a reputation with credit card companies so they issued my refund when I called, it wasn't even up for dispute, Acctown is SCAMMING THE PUBLIC with cheap internet prices and claims of authentic products.  OTTERBOX Company will be crawling up their butts soon enough, OtterBox VERIFIED that the product Acctown sent was BOGUS!!!!

This person is probably another site or someone making trouble purposely because I purchased 3 Otterbox Defender cases from these people and the cases were 100% authentic. They came in only a few days and the customer service was also excellent. The products were brand new and exactly as described and this is definitely a trustworthy merchant.

 This is not an actual customer. This is a competitor website just trying to ruin our reputation falsely. This person never placed any order from our website. This has been reported and will be removed.
