Accu-Temp Heating & Cooling Steve Hillis(Owner) Thief murfreesboro Tennessee

On Thursday Dec 2^nd, 2014 my house's heater went down (fyi it has been unusually cold around: 3°F). I called Steve Hillis and he came out On Friday 3rd, and fixed the unit within 30 min and he charged $375. I had called many companies and he was the only one available - I understand why now!! Well 2 hours after Steve left, the heater was down again. I called him back; Steve was nowhere to be found! I finally got a hold of him on Monday. He said that he could not come back. I greatly insisted and he finally said that we would be back on Wednesday.

In the meantime, the house had been SO cold for SO long that a pipe busted in the living room and in the kitchen. My entire 1^st floor was flooded and most of the ceilings have to be replaced as well as some furniture (Thanks God for house insurance). Here I am with no heat and no water.

Steve finally cames back on Wednesday 8th (He was aware of the busted pipe/flood situation). He left the house within 5 min without repairing anything!!! No explanation, he just left he refused to reimbursed the $375, which had been paid on his 1st visit for 2hrs of heat.
