Call" list she snidely remarked "Well I guess it doesn't work -
ha" and then hung up on me. I saw
on the BBB website they had a "F" rating and I called them and asked
that Mr. Felix the president call me within 24 hours or I would file this
complaint. He never called.

We at Accurate chimney purchase our call sheet from a lead company and these leads are suppose to be filtered for the do not call list. Unfortunate there are some names and numbers that mistakenly still are put on list not that we disregaurded the fact of not being on the do not call list. I was not made aware of problem till I saw this post and would like to appologize for any inconvince and for the employee that had represented my firm that was terminated from employment. As far as a F ratting we are not affiliated with BBB due to the amount of money they request per year to be affiliated with them. We have been in business 9yrs and have 10 complaints due to unfair press due to an individual who was employed here and never renewed a salesmans license, our company had no wrong doing or was convicted of any wrong doing or sales practices. Our company name should not have been put in artticle. We here at Accurate chimney stride for excellence and quality craftsmanship to please and provide our clients with the upmost professional services and care. Thank you
