Accurate Windows and Doors Helping To Mislead The Public Regarding The BBB Winter Park, Florida

Accurate Windows and Doors, (AWD), is going overboard trying to mislead the public regarding the true nature of the BBB.  In their radio advertising, AWD "proudly" paints a picture of such a wonderful civic organization with this fantastic ratings system and how they, AWD, has "earned" their A+ "rating" and "accreditation".  

In all fairness, AWD may indeed be a business which operates completely within the realm of honesty and integrity.  However, they didn't get that way by the BBB.  AWD in their website "proudly" displays the BBB logo.  Of course, it could be AWD does not truly know about the real nature of the BBB, however, with their two decades in business it would be a longshot.  Let us take a look at what the BBB is and what AWD is promoting:

1.  The BBB is NOT part of any goverment body.  To deceive the public, the BBB refers to itself as "The Bureau" as if they were some part of law enforecement, which they are not.  To further deceive the public, the BBB issues news releases containing courtroom and law enforcement phraseology.  AWD supports this!

2.  The BBB will SELL a "membership" to ANY business willing to buy it.  I did say "ANY" business!  Doesn't matter what the ethics of that business are, BBB will sell them a "membership".  AWD supports this!

3.  The BBB will SELL a phoney accreditation to ANY business willing to pay for it.  This is exactly like the scam of selling phoney college degrees.  AWD supports this!

4.  The BBB conducts this SHAM of an arbitration process.  If you were to complain about a BBB "accredited" business, you may end up in a so-called "arbitration" session.  Guess what?  The "arbitrator" is a PAID BBB EMPLOYEE.  The business will be a BBB CUSTOMER.  Do you actually think the BBB PAID "ARBITRATOR" is going to side with you instead of a BBB customer who provide revenue to the BBB?  AWD supports this!

5.  If you own a business and choose not to become a BBB "member", your business WILL be listed on their website with a low "rating".  Over time, the BBB will try to SHAKE YOU DOWN and tell you a higher rating awaits you if you just "join".  AWD supports this!

6.  The BBB admits by way of their disclaimer, "the BBB, as a matter of policy, does not endorse any business."  So then, if they give a business an A+ "rating", why won't they endorse that business? Why?  Because they are admiting their "accreditation" and phoney "ratings" are equal to the selling of fake college degrees.  AWD supports this!

I urge all of you reading right now, including AWD, to go to You Tube and search "BBB SCAM" and watch the video of an interview between an ABC reporter and some BBB slimeball.  The BBB slimeball ends the interview when the reporter continues to bring out the evidence the BBB is nothing more than a SCAM.

AWD, if you operate as honestly as you say you do, then you don't need to align yourself with the BBB SCAM operation.  Nobody "earns" an A+ "rating" with the BBB.  It is a BOUGHT and SOLD commodity.  Honest and integrity filled business people take great pains to associate with other honest and integrity filled people.  Many of us in business KNOW FOR A FACT what the BBB is really all about.  Now that you know, the choice is yours.  No, I am not a competitor!
