Matthew Horak - Sales person at Accurise - LAIR. He will tell you that Accurise will DELETE all negatives off of your credit report. NOT TRUE.
In June of 2011 - I spoke to Matthew - He told me that for $325.00 he could eliminate all negatives off of my credit report, including a recent bankruptcy.

Then in July I was billed $79.99, I called to ask what was going on? I traded Notes with Amy Harutyunyan on the Accurise web site (they will not send you an email, that could be traced, I also noticed that even in the notes section of their web site that negative conversations would be erased) - anyway - Amy wrote me that additional letters needed to be sent to the 3 credit agencies and that cost money.
Wasn't that with the $325.00 was for? Apparently not,
Amy pointed to the contract that I agreed to with Accurise. No where in the contract did it say $79.99/monthly additional.

The Accurise Guarantee, no such thing - Ask Matthew and he will tell you, unless all negatives are deleted,  Your money will be refunded. Call and ask customer service and you will be told, unless you experience a 100 point increase, your money will be refunded. Talk to Amy Harutyunyan and she will tell you that if Accurise gets 1 (one) negative off any of the 3 credit agencies, you will not get any money back.

Then in August I was billed  $79.99.
Then in September I was billed $79.99

To date I have given up $ 564.97

1 item of 19 have been removed, and it wasn't even a negative item.

I have had No improvement in my Credit Score.

My last letter from Experian said that they determined that recent activity was deemed as deceptive or fraudulent use of information. Experian is treating to report deceptive activity, including copies of letters deemed suspicious to law enforcement officials and to state of federal regulatory agencies. (remember they are responding to letters sent by Accurise on behalf of myself)

I would like to have my $564.97 returned (Ya, like that's going to happen)

My next letter about Accurise is being sent to the Attorney General in Minnesota.
Maybe they will be able help some Minnesotan from wasting their money.
