Unfortionately, we were first introduced to this company by one of our favorite shows 'The Profit'.
Due to this, we were deceived into thinking this was a astounding company.
After spending 70,000 dollars on a assembly line that doesn't work.
The capper has a 15% fail rate, which means we didn't eliminate the workers salery because he needs to be
ontop of the line the entire time. When we called to fix the problem, they advise said that was industry standard.
Ontop of that the induction machine does not seal evenly and leaves this very weird chemical smell on our jars which
contain food!!
I can't believe that this company is still scamming people!
I completely regret buying the machines and will be consulting a lawyer about this case.
