In January, 2009 I noticed an ad in the "Observer & Eccentric" newspaper of Southfield, MI concerning information to help prepare to pass the Postal Battery Exam. I thought it would help my grandson so I ordered it. They explained the positions that were opened which were about 4. They gave me a code 077 which was connected to my order. I paid by check instead of what they suggested; credit card or gift card would help my order get to me faster. I decided to use an electonic check, so I gave them my routing number. After waiting out the 5 to 6 weeks and after noticing that the check had cleared on March 4 and no package I called my bank. They gave me the name that cleared on the check - ACD TEsting Authority with a phone no. 1-800-584-1859 (which I called and it was invalid). Then I contacted the newspaper and they gave me the people who placed that ad. Netspan Group but their Ref code was M108, however the other ref.Code I had was M109. THe ads were right next to each other. I am thinking the reference code we may want is M109. I spoke to a Rosa Lee at 517-372-2424. She can be of some help as well. Thank you for all you can do. I lost $129.50 which I can use any day of the week. My day time number (and best number) is (((ROR redacted))). An alternative number is (((ROR redacted))). I attempted to contact our Ruth to the Rescue, and Call for Action, and Hall of Shame but the lines were constantly busy.
