Ace Carpet and Duct Cleaning /ace carpet and duct Piss poor Workmanship, added charges to Groupon Internet

  I purchased a Groupon for this company to do a house air duct cleaning. I should of had a clue that it was a questionable business when they never showed for the 1st appointment I had scheduled. No call, no show, nothing. I called the next day and found out they had me scheduled in a different city on the other side of the state. So, like a fool I rescheduled. The employee was suppose to show between 1-3pm. He showed at 2:55. We had it scheduled so he would do my home and then follow up to my daughter's house. She was scheduled between 3-5pm. The employee told me that wouldn't happen cuz he had another home to do. I asked if there was another worker on our side of town working and he replied "No." I told him the schedulers intentually scheduled us back to back. He did manage to rearrage his schedule and do our homes back to back.

  So he starts out by saying he has to do a home inspection. He walks through my whole house with his shoes on counting ducts and return vents. Did I mention I had the carpets leaned two days prior? Anyways, he comes back into the kitchen, sits down and adds extra vents, fogging and 2 additional trunks that was not covered by the Groupon which came up to an additional $325. I made him speak to my husband by phone who said "Well if he's there...". 

  So one would thiink he would inspect the furnace which was an $80 charge according to the Groupon. That didn't happen. Neither did your chioce of dryer vent clean or A/C check. He then informed me to move all things that were blocking vents. I'm handicapped and that is not easy. Thankfully my daughter was over and helped. This made me wonder....how could he have done an accurate count on his "inspection" when 5 were covered and he missed going in two rooms. His cleaning consisted of an overgrown shopvac that he used on the floor as well as wall vents. Never cleaned the vents themselves.

  So while I was trying to keep an eye on him, he told me to look for his screwdriver he lost somewhere in my house. His only screwdriver! He never did a vent that had a baby monitor camera connected to it. Time it took him to do 3 floor 3,000 square foot home? One hour. 

  He asked to use my sink to wash his hands and left my kitchen towel in a wad. Never pushed the kitchen table chair back in and tracked leaves into my house that had the freshly cleaned carpet. Once he left I breathed a sigh of relief that he was gone.  No, I was wrong. He walked back into my house saying he left another tool behind. Then he did leave for good cuz by then my daughter was waiting for him to follow her to her home. 

  He did ask me how far away a Walmart was. I told him. That's when my daughter pointed out that his car was from Indiana. We live in Michigan.
