This crooked company works for another crooked company called CSA Finance. When a garbage car from rock solid is reposessed, CSA hires this company to recover th emoney from the garbage car "deal". This company can somehow get the court to issue a wage garnishment without even being summoned to court.
They dont like to return phone calls but they can send letters after the wage garnishment has been issues. I dont understand how this was legal if I was never given the chance to go to court or notified that I was being sued. This company is a scam and is very deceptive in their practices. Im not saying I do not owe my debt but I could have at least been notified so I could be able to go to court. Their practices should be illegal.

Verify Court Order

I work for a large garnishment company. We see this type of deception all the time, where companies will get wages garnished for a debt being owed. What we have seen is a company using a courts stamp and submitting it to the employer. The debt was illegal because the employee was not properly notified. How did they get it done? The difference between the court documents sent to the employer is that that court stamp had to be raised up. Like a certified document inorder to be legal. Ttherefore the company forged the courts stamp. The employer called the court to verify and the court is one who caught the error. You must be served your due process and an employer should not be able to legally garnishment your wages without the legal court document. Every states garnishment laws differ. Check with yours an investiage with the court more and the stamp on the documents the employer received. Good luck.
