To start, their website claims they are located in New Jersey. That is false, they are in China.
The Nokia Music Xpress phone I purchased from them came with an old battery and the packaging and accessories were not original. The phone broke after 2 weeks of usage. After extensive back-n-forth emails, they agreed to replace the phone and battery.
2 months later, the phone broke again. This time they claimed its been more than 3 months from purchase and that I should pay for a local repair.
Because the phone is not manufactured in US, Nokia will not provide warranty, meaning, I got screwed 200 dollars.
Save yourself money and stress, stay away from these crooks that are only after making a quick buck in the American market. They actually sell refurbished phones that are doomed to break soon and leave you in loss. Read their warranty disclaimer (which they recently add when they removed the fake New Jersey contact phone from their site (which they never answered anyways)):
