This company is saying that I took out a 2350. loan with them; which I didn't. I did however have a payday loan with someone else which I am still paying. The scary thing is the have bank account and routing number, address, employer name, etc. They have sent me an email for a notice of garnishment from my check and a court ordered it. Well I do know that you would be going to court not being told they are garnishing. Usually sent to your employer and they are the ones who tell you that you are being garnished. I know its a scam but that doesn't make it any less scary that they have all my personal info! How do I fix this!!
