Ace Plumbing and Rooter CON ARTISTS! San Francisco California

I worked with ACE Plumbing and Rooter multiple times over the course of a year for my office, and each time was disappointed, but today was the day that just killed it all for me. When plumbers from ACE came out for visits before today to fix a hot/cold faucet or to replace filters, they constantly remarked that they weren't sure how to help me or what to do to replace filters in sinks. I was shocked. They never actually fixed a problem I had long-term, either. Today, I had scheduled service that I needed from 10am-11am specifically and I scheduled it weeks ago. I originally asked for an estimate, but they said they were unable to get me one (despite doing the EXACT same work 6 months prior) and would call me back with more info in the next couple days. Never received a call back so when I called to check yesterday, they, for whatever reason, cancelled my service because it was "inconvenient" for them to get to my location and they wanted to be sure I wanted the service. Somehow wanting an estimate and service was a problem for them and so they screwed up my schedule - now I'm left with bad water filters and a week ahead where the office will be packed to the brim. I am SO disappointed and SO frustrated. To top it off, Mark was downright rude to me on the phone and hung up on my when I expressed my frustration and tried to work out the situation. I will never work with ACE plumbing again. They sure aren't "aces" at anything customer service related.
