Ordered 2010 Microsoft Office for "immediate download" did not receive any information to download the product. I have called and emailed several times, also tried the "live chat" no one is available and no one returns phone calls or emails.

Phoned the credit card company and charge has already been processed, so I have to file a merchant dispute for the refund. I wish I would have checked this report first!!!

This company has an "F" rating throug the BBB - Do not use this company for anything!!!
