Ace Wigs DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Internet

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They give a phone number on their site and call it a "hotline". They tell you on their phone message (no one EVER answers the phone) that the best way to contact them is via email. They NEVER respond to email.

It took 5 weeks for me to get my wig after leaving repeated messages on their voice mailand sending emails. They charged my credit card the day I placed my order. After reading other reviewers, I guess I'm just lucky I got anything. I wanted to exchange the wig for another style but I could never talk to or communicate with anyone and others said they sent theirs in for an exchange and never got anything back so they were out both their money and the wig.

This business needs to be shut down. I did not do any research on them before placing my order. Their website looked legit. I had never had an experience even remotely like this with any other internet vendor in the many years I have been ordering online. SHAME ON YOU ACE WIGS. People with medical needs order from you. People of good faith order from you. SHAME ON YOU.
