I purchased a new computer moniter from Walmart on the way home from a trip. The moniter would not turn on when plugged into a wall outet. I took the moniter back to Walmart in my hometown but they refused to exchange it and said that I had to take it back to the store I purchased it at. I could not do this since it would have been a four hour round trip.

I completed a request to return the moniter to the Acer repir center since it is under warrranty. I brought the moniter to the UPS store and paid for them to professionaly package it for shipment and send it to Acer so that it could be traced. I plugged the moniter into the wall outlet when I received it back from the repair center but the light would not turn on. I tried it on several wall outlets and computers with the same problem. I then called a professional computer technician to come over and set it up. He told me that it was a worthless door stopper when it did not turn on when plugged into a wall outlet.

I called their customer service and told them that I wanted a postage paid label to return the defective moniter and for them to send me a replacement at no charge.  Their representative refused to help me so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me that they would not help me find a resolution to this problem. They basically told me that it was Walmart's problem and I was out of luck. I do not understand  how they can have such a negative outlook toward their customers when the product is brand new and under warranty.

Their attitude is that the customer is always wrong and that they could not care less what we think. Now I am stuck with a brand new moniter in a large box with expensive packaging and no  working moniter for my computer. I tried contacting them for a Chat but I kept receiving a message that their Cloud had gone down and contact was discontinued.  It is better to spend some more money wwith a legitamite computer dealer for a good product and service than waste your time and money with a company that could care less what you think .They are purposely selling useless prroduct and being subjecting us to their arrogant customer service representatives and worthless unresponsive website. This is not a reputable company but a group of scam artist.

I believe that we do not have to take a company and their hateful representatives walking all over us. It is not the amount of money spent but the fact we are important ans sspecial citizens of this country and we do not have to take this abuse from anybody.
