I recently purchased a 2-1 tablet from amazon which (adverstised a keyboard) however it did not come with one. I did not hold this against acer and went to website to purchase one. Under both the keyboard and the tablet it showed taht this keyboard would work for it. However after ordering it I found out it would not work. So not only did it waste my time but now I have to pay 25% of the cost + shipping to get it to me and back to them for their error on their website. NEVER buying acer again and I will repost this on every site I can.
I ordered this tablet early december due to lack of keyboards it has taken me two months to get one and it was wrong one. I have yet to be able to use this tablet as such I will never buy anything Acer again.

I can still use the tablet, however I wanted it to replace a laptop for my Grandmother. The tablet as a tablet will not work well with her. I order this one in perticular because it showed and was advertised as 2-1. Using bluetooth with the keyboard I bought through acer does is not offered. And big issue I have is their refund policy on FAQ says 100% return but they charged 25% restocking fee after without that being listed anywhere before purchase.

Ever since the Ipad2 most tablets have had the function of hooking up a keyboard wirelessly through Bluetooth. If that failed, you can STILL use the onscreen keyboard. Its a little different then most are used to, but it is a QWERTY board and most times gives you a auto correct function built in. Stop being stubborn, you can still use your tablet.
