I recently fell victim to the tagloot 16GB SDHC flash card scam.  I paid $34 for this card which turns out to be counterfeit.  How do I know this?  Well, it would not format correctly in my Kodak camera so I contacted support.  They determined the problem was problem with the card so I contacted Transcend support.  They RMA'd the card for me.  They sent the card back to me as "Not a Transcend Product".  Once I read this, I immediately took out my other (real) 16GB SDHC card from Transcend and verified the card was a fake.

Fake memory cards...

AUTHOR: Edgeman - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, November 16, 2009

While the memory card in the above photo is an obvious fake, people might be surprised as to how realistic some of these cards look. There was a plant that was contracted to manufacture memory sticks for Sony and they were creating counterfeit memory sticks at the same time. It was virtually impossible to tell the difference between the real cards and the fake ones.

While it's too late for the OP, others would do well to stick to authorized sellers of any company's memory cards. You can get a list of authorized sellers from most of the major memory card makers such as Sandisk, Lexar, etc...
