ACH Legal Tried to intimidate both my grandson and myself to pay them over $1000 for a pay day loan that I didn't owe. Charlotte North Carolina

 ACH Legal attempted to collect $1000 through intimidation and making thrests. They had never contacted me before but somehow got a hold of my grandsons phone no. They didn't ask him for my number but threatened to have the police come to his house and arrest him if I didn't pay the amount. I called them. They again tried to intimidate and threaten me into making arrangements. They did give me the name of the payday loan co.

I called them and they told me I did not owe them anything and suggested this was a scam. I called ACH back and requested the loan ID, date of loan and amount allegedly borrowed. They refused to do so. They just said they had enough of me and that they would be at my place tommorow. They then hung up on me. That was yesterday and I haven't heard from them again as yet. I filed a complaint with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Oregon State Attorney General.
