Alan Fails, ACI Construction is a total rip off artist. Alan never follows through with anything nor will he complete your job. Alan is a the epitome of a used car salesman and will rip you off! Alan will make excuses for slow work but will ask you for draws on a project. I had to hound Alan for days to get my money for work performed. Alan will act as if he has tons of PROJECT GOING ON but actually is just a handy man and can't perform any of the work. Stay as far away from this guy as possible!!

Alan has no integrity, lier, cheater, scam artist, crook, a poor excuse FOR a MAN! He pretends to attend church and be a christian. Far from the trush, as I mentioned he is the epitome of a used car salesman!

ACI CONSTRUCTION, ALAN FAILS ACI JUST MOVED TO A NEW HIDDEN OFFICE OFF OF ALDINE WESTFIELD IN A MATERIAL VENDORS OFFICE. NO ADDRE hires cheapest subcontractors he can find off of craigslist, still beats them on price and then seriously delays making any payments to his subs in any timely manner.. Alan has very little construction experiance, was a car salesman before getting into construction. Has very little knowledge of construction techniques, schedule and has no money to pay his suncontractors in a timely manner. SPRING Texas

ACI Construction Alan Fails, Alan Fails of ACI Construction ran a huge scam in Louisiana. He skirted out of town without paying subcontractors. He wrote me a check, stopped payment, and ran back to Texas to hide. Watch out for Spring, Texas
