ACinc. Fundings - Arthur Candler Called all hours of night drunk!! Pompano Beach, Florida

I was contacted by Mr. Candler through the Zillow website in response to a mortgage request I had posted.  I called him and he sounded like he had all the right information and didn't sound far off in left field at that point.  I sent him $250 for credit repair services in order to get our credit scores up.  Then when our credit scores finally went up (although I wonder what he actually did on our behalf because we never got anything from the credit bureaus or him as to the specifics of what changed), he said we had to pay another $250 to do a rescore of our credit.  He had initially told me that the first $250 was the only thing we had to pay.  I reluctantly sent him the second $250 via Western Union because I thought he was the only one who could help us (I know, stupid on my part).  This, I might add, is after him calling me on a Sunday with a bunch of weird noises in the background.  The next day I tried to contact him to make sure the transfer went through and he was unreachable via email or phone.  Every time I tried to call his phone, it said the voicemail box was full.  I tried for four days to contact  him but to no avail.  I did have sense enough to call Western Union to see if had gotten a hold of our money because I came to my senses and knew something was wrong.  Thankfully he had not gotten the money and I put a stop to him picking it up.  I got financing locally and sent him an email telling that we no longer were in need of his services.  Thats when the phone calls began.  He claimed he had been in the hospital and had to have emergency surgery, but yet he was back to work within 4 days.  Of note, I'm in the medical field and I know someone who had the surgery he supposedly had and no one is back to work that soon after major abdominal surgery.  He also claimed the hospital lost his wallet.  He kept calling and telling me to resend the western Union payment but this time dont put his name, but to use a secret question so he could pick it up since he didn't have an ID.  He called all weekend after that and was so slurred we couldn't understand his voicemails.  I sent another email to him once again to tell him yet again that we did not want his services, which I know he got the email messages because he kept sending me other email messages too.  One night he called at 10:30 on my cell even.  Finally two weeks later, he called at 10:30 on a Saturday night and left a voicemail that was so drunk we had almost no idea what he said and then the voicemail just played some weird music until the voicemail finally shut off.  Later that same night at 12:44 a.m. he called yet again drunk and got my very irrate husband and was so drunk he couldn't even manage to get hardly anything out.  Thankfully we have caller ID and it showed up who it was.  I dont know if we'll hear any more yet, but he won't stop I'm sure.
