acostmall Ripped me off! Internet

I ordered a Juicer on this website on August 23rd and it stated that my order should be here by Sept. 3rd or 4th.  I wondered at the time why the price was so reasonable - $50 - when it was much higher on other websites but once I saw that I was being directed through Amazon to pay for it, I felt more comfortable with the process (which was very weird, as others have described). 

As of today, the juicer has not arrived so I tried to email the company tonight to ask them to track it but their email address kicked back as "not valid".  Then I tried to look up the website and it is not a valid website but it directed me to this website which listed many complaints with the same details as mine!  I feel so stupid for falling for it but I guess it helps knowing others did the same thing. 

I just disputed this charge with my credit card company and Amazon so hopefully I will get reimbursed by one of them.  I should have checked with Amazon first, as a few others did, but I had a false sense of security since I feel so comfortable with ordering through Amazon.  I will ONLY order through them from now on - not through another company that needs to direct the sale through them.
