ACP Advanced capital processing and Vantage Point Services The company called me and told me I received and owe on a payday loan in 2010 and if i didn't pay in 2 hours they would be putting a warrant out for my arrenst for fraud. I freaked out and went through the whole process other then signing the documents and called the better business bureau and they told me what I needed from them and when I called them back they were rude and mean to me and I asked for a validation letter and they put me on hold and hung up on me. I refused to sign the documents and afraid they already got my infomation. Buffalo New York

 I was contacted by ACP advanced capital processing and they told me I took a check loan out in 2010 and I didn't pay it. So they told me I had 2 hours to pay this amount if not they would be issuing out a warrant for my arrest. I freaked out and did everything they asked right to the point of not signing the document. I called several different places and finaly the better business bureau and asked what to do. They told me to ask for a validation agreement and when I called them back they put me on hold and hung up on me. I called them back prior to and wanted more information and they were highly intimidating and conviencing. I went with my gut instinct and did my research and thats where i found this site securing my intutions. Please don't fall for this.
