Across America Moving And Storage ripoff, threatening, held hostage, missing items, shady Tarzana California

Across America Moving and Storage was the worst experience of my life. They hire workers who do not care and told me in confidence, (so the would not lose their jobs), that they knew we were being ripped off when it came time to weigh the truck to get the price of the move. We were not allowed to see inside the truck and were threatened that if we did not pay the amount they said, they would leave our belongings on the curb in west hollywood. (bad area)

After the stuff arived late, there was a missing bag of ice hockey equipment that has now been in limbo for 4 months. They refuse to pay for it and always lie that they have it and are getting it to me to get off the phone. All of their buisness practices are completely shady and I would rather help anyone in the world move myself, than wish this fly by night company on them.
